Dear Aviara Oaks Elementary Families,

What an incredible first week of school! From bright smiles at morning drop-off to classrooms already buzzing with learning and connection, it has been such a joyful start to the school year.

Our Eagles have done an amazing job learning new routines, making friends, and diving right into their classroom communities. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our families for your partnership, your patience during arrival and dismissal, and your support in making this week so successful.

Thursday, September 3rd: Popsicle sale for 5th Grade Promotion Fundraiser after school 1:45pm
Thursday, September 3rd: Back to School Night Preschool-2nd Grade 5-5:45pm and 3rd-5th Grade 6-6:45pm
Monday, September 7th: No School in observance of Labor Day
Tuesday, September 15th: Picture Day (Make Ups on 9/22)
Friday, September 18th: Preschool Family Fun Day

Drop Off and Pick Up Gratitude

Thank you for supporting us in a smooth and efficient drop off and pick up procedure this week!

A few reminders:

Please do not leave your car parked in the drop off or pick up lane. We move cars up as space allows in order to prevent a back up onto Ambrosia Lane. If you want to park to get out of your car, please find a parking spot and do not park along the drop off and pick up curb.
Our classroom teachers walk our students out from the main gates and are making their way to the exit side of our big "U". If you are waiting for your student, please stand to the sides and not directly in front of the gates so that we can keep the sidewalk clear for our students to safely make their way to the pick up zone with their teacher.
Please note that our driveway through AOE and passing AOM is a one way street. If you are exiting the lower lot, please note that you must drive straight up the rest of the driveway to exit our campus.

Popsicle Sale for 5th Grade Promotion!

Our AOE PTA will be selling popsicles afterschool at 1:45pm on Thursday, September 3rd.

The popsicle sale will take place on campus just inside the main gates on the grass.

Join us for September Spirit Wear Showdown!

26-27 Weekly Spirit Days:

Tuesdays: College Wear

Wednesdays: Kindness Wear

Friday: AOE Spirit Wear!
