Preschool/TK: AM/PM Class assignments will be shared on August 14, 2026.

Kindergarten - 5th Grade: Class assignments will be made available on Aeries Parent Portal on August 24th, Monday.

AOE team's primary goal is to create balanced classrooms that consider academic strengths, social-emotional dynamics, and the unique needs of every student. To ensure a smooth transition for all students and teachers, we will continue to adhere to a two-week "settling-in" period at the start of the 26-27 school year.

During these first two weeks, we will not grant requests for roster changes, as this time is essential for students to build relationships and for teachers to establish their classroom communities.

Thank you for your understanding and for trusting our team to make the most balanced and effective decisions for all our learners.

August 25, Tuesday - First Day of School

The countdown is officially on! We are incredibly excited to welcome our Eagles back to campus for the first day of school on Tuesday, August 25th!
The first day is always filled with high energy, big smiles, and—admittedly—a lot of extra cars and pedestrians. To ensure that our morning drop-off and afternoon dismissal are safe, smooth, and positive for everyone, we kindly ask for your partnership, cooperation, and a big extra dose of patience as we all settle into our routines.
Please keep the following important traffic and safety tips in mind:

  • Traffic and Parking Will Be Impacted: Expect significant delays around the neighborhood during the first week. Please plan ahead, leave your house 10–15 minutes earlier than usual, and expect slow-moving lines.
  • Park and Walk Up to the Gate: On the first day, many families love to walk their children right up to the campus gates. If you plan to do this, please ensure you only park in designated, legal neighborhood parking spaces. Reminder: Please do not leave your vehicle unattended in the active drop-off/loading zones.
  • Slow Down While Driving: Nothing is more important than the safety of our children. Please completely eliminate distractions, keep your eyes on the road, and drive extra slowly through the school zones and surrounding crosswalks.
  • Pack Your Patience: The first few days always take a little longer as our newest "eaglets" learn the ropes and families adjust to the flow. A smile and a wave go a long way in keeping our community spirit bright!
Thank you in advance for driving safely, We cannot wait to see you on Tuesday morning!
